Eltra Electrical provides licensed electrical work including residential, commercial, industrial, and solar installations. All work is carried out by licensed electricians alongside hired apprentices undergoing training in accordance with applicable Australian standards.

Quotes and Bookings

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Bookings are confirmed once we’ve received acceptance in writing or via our online systems.
• A deposit may be required before scheduling work.

Payments

• Payment terms are outlined on your invoice (typically due on completion unless stated).
• Overdue invoices may attract interest and additional fees.
• Payments can be made by EFT, credit card, or other approved methods.

Cancellations

• Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the job.
• Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.

Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
• We carry full public liability insurance and comply with all safety obligations.
• Clients must ensure safe and reasonable site access.
